ARM FOUNDATION is a Non-profit Organization which is working to remove illiteracy, to make every people aware about their rights, and increasing awareness about child marriage. It also aims to ensure every human being’s participation in blood donation and make people aware about disease.
Our Vision
To make a beautiful country without poverty, which will be an example of perfection and where every person (Man, Woman, Transgender) will have basic education and will have involvement in the economy.
Our Reach & Presence
ARM FOUNDATION started its journey at Cumilla and worked for the improvement of Poverty, Education, Women’s Empowerment, Health issues, and so on. Now its reached 1,00,000 people in 10 districts and 100 volunteers engaged themselves at WFH.
Aims and Objectives of “Abdur Rahman Master Foundation”
“Abdur Rahman Master Foundation” is a non-political, private, non-profit, voluntary and charitable organization registered through the appropriate authorities of the Government of Bangladesh for the purpose of service and developmental work at the national level.

Abdur Rahman Master Foundation is working tirelessly to increase health awareness among the local people and to provide healthcare to the poor people. For this purpose, it has been decided to work on improving the sanitation system of the area, ensuring the supply of fresh water and improving the sewage system. The foundation undertakes to provide health care programs for the poor and marginalized communities, including rehabilitating people injured in fires and other accidents and assisting patients suffering from other life-threatening diseases. As a part of this, Abdur Rahman Master Foundation has launched free healthcare programs for the poor and marginalized communities to provide healthcare to the local population. Meanwhile, the Foundation’s Barachar center on 20/01/2023 AD. Nearly thousands of people have been provided free healthcare. In continuation of this, at present 01 (one) day every month foundation is providing free health care by specialist doctor on a small scale but regularly at its Barachar center and it will be expanded in future. During the corona period, almost thousands of people of the surrounding villages centered around Barachar have been registered and printed vaccination cards for free to receive corona vaccination (Covid-19) through the foundation. The foundation monitors the issue with importance so that the people registered through the foundation can receive corona vaccination at the right time. The foundation also printed their vaccination certificate free of charge after receiving the vaccination. The foundation also provides oxygen cylinders and oximeters to vulnerable patients. This trend continues till date. The Foundation has taken some more positive decisions for healthcare purposes. For example-
Blood donation activities:
Abdur Rahman Master Foundation is creating a database of local healthy men and women who are capable of donating blood, through which blood donors can be quickly identified and collected if someone needs blood on an urgent basis. The foundation will soon tie up with an established broad bank to start a regular blood donation program through them and arrange donor cards so that they or their relatives can get blood from there in case of urgent need.
Creating awareness to be free from seasonal diseases:
When there is an outbreak of various seasonal diseases in the area, the foundation will make people aware about the diseases with the help of trained health workers and volunteer teams consisting of conscious educated youth of their respective areas.
Epidemic Outbreaks and Disasters:
During any epidemic or disaster, Abdur Rahman Master Foundation along with volunteers will provide necessary support and services to the people of the village on the side of the government.
Ambulance facility:
Sometimes the sick people of the village need to reach the hospital quickly, but it is not possible to reach the hospital in time, as a result of which many times the lives are lost. For this reason, the foundation will try to provide low-cost or free ambulance facilities to the poor or poor patients of the villages in the future.
Healthcare Center:
Abdur Rahman Master Foundation plans to start a permanent health care center on a small scale in the future from where free health care will be provided to poor and destitute patients.
Education
One of the objectives of Abdur Rahman Master Foundation is to bring education to the doorstep of the marginalized people. For this purpose, with the help of local educational institutions, to develop the locality as a hundred percent well-educated township.
The foundation has already taken various steps to encourage the students. As part of this, under the initiative of the foundation, 96 (ninety-six) general scholarships were awarded to 96 (ninety-six) students of the 6th to 9th classes through the preparation of subject-based questions under the supervision of the specific examination control committee for the purpose of providing scholarships to 24 (twenty-four) secondary schools of Adarsh Sadar and Comilla Sadar Dakshin Upazila of Comilla district. And 12 (twelve) people were selected for scholarship in talent pool and last 22/01/2023 AD. They were presented with financial awards including scholarship certificates and mementos in a casual ceremony at the Regional Office of the Foundation (Village: Barachar, Balutupa-Koneshtala Road, Post Office: Balurchar, Comilla Sadar South, Comilla). In addition, all students who last 2022 AD. Those who obtained GPA-5 in the conducted S.S.C. were also given monetary awards along with certificates of appreciation, mementos on the mentioned dates to encourage them.
Social & Moral Development
Abdur Rahman Master Foundation is working for social and moral development with the help of people from all walks of life and is working with the aim of establishing a society based on justice by removing various types of inconsistencies, lawlessness, existing in the society. In view of this, the initiative of the foundation last 01/02/2021 AD. Winter clothes are distributed among the poor and needy at Goliara North Union Health Complex ground. Also last 01/04/2022 AD. Iftar materials have been distributed among the poor and needy at Barachar center of the foundation and last 29/04/2022 AD. In the same center, prayer and iftar mahfil has been organized with the general public. Last 02/07/2022 AD. Relief materials have been distributed on behalf of the foundation to about 05 (five) hundred families affected by the flood in Puran Hati village of Ward No. 6 of South Baradal Union of Tahirpur Upazila of Sunamganj District.
The foundation is also committed to establish a beautiful non-discrimination society by stopping fraud, oppression, torture, slander, gossip, greed and drug use from the society.
In today’s society, vices and adultery are gradually increasing among people of all walks of life. Moral degradation is increasing day by day among us to such an extent that if this trend continues, a person will not hesitate to deny even his blood relations. One of the reasons for all this is that we all live in an unbalanced and commercialized society. People at all levels of society and family are preoccupied with calculating profit and loss. Because moral education is not emphasized at any level of society. It is almost the same situation at all levels of schools, colleges, madrasas. Moral education should start from family and society.
Abdur Rahman Master Foundation will help to establish a just society by providing such moral education among all in various ways
Firstly, looting of other’s wealth, misappropriation of money, unequal distribution of inherited wealth etc. can be eradicated from the society forever.
Second, establishing a non-discriminatory social system. For example, ensuring representation of the rich as well as the poor at all levels in mosques, societies, educational institutions, assemblies.
Thirdly, encouraging to do good deeds. Because the order of religion is to compete in good deeds, not to do oppression, not to do oppression, lawlessness, adultery, terror, coercion.
Many of us are involved in fraudulent and dishonest activities, such as usury, bribery, adulteration of food, underpayment, fraudulent acquisition of property or money, etc. In order to protect this society and the country, the rules and regulations of religion must be properly used and followed.
Youth society today is in danger of destruction due to pornography, drugs, indiscriminate use of information technology and social media. The foundation will work to build family and social movements to protect the youth from these moral degradations. In the meantime, Abdur Rahman Master Foundation was established in March 2021 AD to protect the youth from the dangerous clutches of drugs and bring them back to healthy entertainment and sports. Goliara North Union Parishad of Sadar Dakshin Upazila of Comilla district organized a large scale volleyball tournament in the field adjacent to Lakshipur Chaumuhani and completed it beautifully and successfully.
Nowadays there is a lack of proper manners among us. Apart from this, lack of liberal mentality, slander, gossip, selfishness has polluted our society and personal life from which we should find a way out. The foundation will build a movement against it with people from all walks of life.
There are many of us who, despite being established in the society, do not get the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of the society due to various problems. But from the social responsibility, each of us should work for the society as best we can from our position. In this case, if they cannot do it alone, they will get the opportunity to benefit people by connecting through this foundation.
Abdur Rahman Master Foundation is committed to launch awareness activities in schools, colleges, madrasas and other religious and educational institutions for moral education and to build family and social movements to implement it.
